Which areas do you cover?

Manchester and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode above and it'll tell you if we don't service your area.

When will my cover start?

Cover starts 30 days after you're accepted. We don't allow claims in the first 30 days to keep premiums low.

What does cover include?

Boilers, annual inspection, radiator replacement, electrics, plumbing, and more depending on your package. You can choose the best plan for you on the package confirmation step.

Payments are taken via direct debit

Can I cover more than 1 property?

Yes but you will have to create a new application for each. If you have many properties then please contact us via [email protected] or call 0161 794 3030 (option 2)
